Shipping and Returns


Purchases are shipped from our own warehouse in Srinagar, Kashmir. At ABK we ship to countries Albania, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, USA, Viet Nam, and Yemen using Express Mail Service, FedEx or DHL and most of the packages get delivered within seven to ten business days. International shipping rates are calculated weight wise and vary by country and range from a minimum of USD 15 and above. To see the shipping cost for your order, place items in your shopping cart and begin the checkout process: register with your email, add your billing and shipping information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the point of delivery. 


Our products being perishable goods have a very limited scope of return or no return in general, but for your convenience, we have kept a return policy of 7 days from the time your package gets delivered and you can initiate a return request from your account as shown below. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for return:

  • Please notify us of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 2 days of delivery by creating a return request.
  • The product should be UNUSED.
  • The product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and Invoices.
  • It is advisable that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to goods in transit. No refund will be issued for broken, damaged or misdirected packages.

Please note that in the case of a return Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer; all costs to ship back to the customer are paid by us.

To submit a return request, you would need to take the following steps:

In the public store, go to the My Account window and click Orders, as follows:

Click the Return Item(s) button beside the complete order that is to be returned. The Return Item(s) from Order # is displayed, as shown in the following example:

  • Qty. to return dropdown list allows selecting the number of items to be returned.
  • Return Reason dropdown list allows selecting the reason for requesting a return. For example, wrong product received and more.
  • Return Action dropdown list allows selecting the required return action to take. For example, replace the product.
  • You may also choose the Upload a file option if you want to attach some additional documents, pictures to your request.

Refunds or Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and then your refund/replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. And in the case of a replacement, we shall reship your order in two or three days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing quantity for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is received more than 10 days after delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with ABK IMPEX, you must contact us by email at or by phone +91 194 245 8552. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
